PostCoder

The PostCoder® range of software can help businesses save both time and money as well as enhancing professional image. Nobody likes to hang on the phone while their address is read back two or three times, or use a website where they have to sit and type their address into three different pages. That's why PostCoder® products allow you to check and collect an address from just a Postcode. It also allows address lookup within your website order pages.

As PostCoder software contains Royal Mail's PAF® data, it means that you can have access to all 28 million UK addresses on your website, integrated into your software, in a standalone desktop format or to clean an existing address database. It also means the data is as-accurate and up-to-date as possible meaning reduced errors and decreased returned mail.

PostCoder for Sage 50 Accounts

A rapid addressing tool at street-level that will work within your Sage software. PostCoder for Sage Line 50 puts the functionality of PostCoder directly into your Sage Line 50 accounts package. Ideal for call centres, mail order companies and in fact anyone maintaining a customer/supplier database within Sage Line 50 itself. Once installed, PostCoder for Sage Line 50 will add onscreen buttons to your Line 50 application, allowing fast, accurate address input.

Features

PostCoder for Sage will remain active throughout the Sage application. A ' P ' appears in each address input box - this is used to access the PostCoder ® functionality.

Not sure the address is right?
Click ' P ' and PostCoder ® will bring the correct address up next to yours.

Not sure of the Postcode?
Inputting partial Postcodes will generate a list of streets to choose from.

Using PostCoder couldn't be easier. Once it's installed, simply input the Postcode into the address box then click ' P ' to retrieve the address.
