NCS Annual Support Contract

Sage Support from NCSFor customers who require our services on a regular basis, we offer the NCS Annual Support Contract. The NCS Annual Support Contract Covers telephone support in the following areas:

1. Sage Software Support

  • Sage Instant Accounts and Line 50 Accounts
  • Sage Instant Payroll, Sage Payroll (Standard & Professional) and Sage Personnel
  • Sage Job Costing
  • Sage ACT! Contact Manager

Sage products such as MMS, Line 100, and Sage Line 50 Manufacturing will require S.A.L.P. (Sage Annual Licence Plan) in addition to NCS Support.

2. Other Business Software

  • Windows Operating System Support
  • Microsoft Office Support
  • Anti-Virus Support
  • Zetafax
  • Zetadocs

Further business software may be supported by arrangement between the Customer and NCS

3. Hardware Support

4. Networking / VPN Support

5. Internet / E-mail Support

6. General I.T. Advice
Definitive details for the support available in this area must be outlined by mutual agreement between the customer and NCS before any support is carried out. Contact us for further information.

All endeavours will be made to resolve problems over the telephone, where possible. However, there will be cases where a Call-Out would be necessary. Please try to accept our advice in these cases.

In addition to the areas covered above, Annual Support Contract Customers will also benefit from:

2. Reduced Call-Out Charges
3. Reduced Repair Charges
4. 1 Hour’s FREE Annual I.T. Analysis / Review
5. FREE Delivery on orders placed through NCS

Please note that the On-Site module of the NCS Annual Support Contracts are currently only available to companies within a 45 mile radius of our premises.
