ZetaFax

Zetafax is easy-to-use, reliable fax server software that can be integrated with your existing IT system to provide an ideal fax solution. It can be adapted to suit any size business.

The Zetafax e-mail gateway comes as standard and will integrate with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Mail, Lotus Notes, Lotus cc:Mail and Novell Groupwise. Zetafax is suitable for Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0 (Intel or Alpha) and Windows 95/98 and can run on just about every PC network. It supports most fax modems, and Brooktrout and Dialogic intelligent fax boards.

Zetafax includes both fax server software and fax client software. A fax submitted by the fax client or as e-mail is queued at the fax server for sending. The fax server will redial automatically when lines are busy. Should poor line quality cause transmission breaks, Zetafax reconnects and sends the remaining pages without user intervention. Since the fax is computer-generated, it does not include the specks, fuzzy edges and other scanning errors which occur when faxing manually. The end result has a high quality feel to it, looking more like a laser printer output than a fax.
